I have used APOC twice in 2011 to analyse and fix technical issues on our two home PCs. Once was to get the WIFI working correctly and the other was to fix the Internet speed and PDF capability of my laptop. At the same time as the first repair, APOC also connected the internet to our games TV and connected Email to my wife’s IPhone.

On each occasion APOC exhibited a complete understanding of the complexities and quickly made the necessary adjustments to get everything working smoothly. On both occasions the fixes were permanent and required no follow up. This was unlike my experience with other PC support firms which invariably needed an expensive follow-up repair.

APOC is of course Blake Dutton, a relatively new member of the ‘Y generation’ and a very personable and helpful young man who I would recommend to anyone requiring general support for their computer problems. I also understand he designs and supplies computer installations and if this service is anything like his general support, I would certainly be looking to use him for my next upgrade.
